Making Lime Pie:
Step 1: prepare the oil.

Step 4: we form and bake the base for the cake.
Now we shift the butter crumbs into a round non-stick baking dish, ram it with our fingers so that it lies in an even beautiful layer, and put it in the preheated oven.
Bake the base for the pie for 5 minutes or until a light golden color. Then we put on the kitchen gloves and rearrange the form on the countertop, let the resulting cake cool.
Step 5: prepare citruses.
Meanwhile, we wash the limes under cold running water and dry them with paper kitchen towels.
Then, using a fine grater, remove a tablespoon of zest from citruses.
And squeeze the right amount of juice from the pulp of the fruit into a measuring cup.
Step 6: prepare eggs and condensed milk.
Then we take the chicken eggs, in turn we beat each with a kitchen knife and separate the yolks from the proteins, the latter can be used to prepare any other delicious dishes. Also, using a canned wrench, open a jar of condensed milk.
Step 7: prepare the filling.
After that, take a clean deep bowl, pour lime juice into it, put the zest, chicken yolks and put under the mixer blade. Turn on the kitchen appliance at high speed and whisk these products for 1 minutes to splendor.
Then we stop the mixer and add condensed milk to the bowl with the resulting mixture.
Again, mix everything at high speed until smooth. This time we devote a little more time to the process, approximately 3-4 minutes. Once the whipped products have a thick consistency, proceed to the next step.
Step 8: bring the dessert to full readiness.
Pour the resulting filling onto the browned surface of the base of an almost finished pie.
Put the mold back in preheated again to 180 degrees oven, but for 20 minutes.
After the required time has passed, using the same oven gloves, we get the baked goods from the oven. Cool it to room temperature, tighten it with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour, although it’s better to hold it there longer, so as to better soak.
Step 9: serve the lime pie.
Lime pie is served chilled. After cooking, it is taken out of the refrigerator and cut into slices with a knife.
With the help of a kitchen spatula, they are laid out on plates.
If desired, supplement each serving whipped with sugar or powdered sugar sour cream, homemade or store cream and sprinkle with fresh lime peel.
