Cooking Chuchvara - Video Recipe:

1) Drive an egg into a bowl. Pour water, whisk. 2) Salt, add flour, knead the dough. 3) Cover with cling film and leave for 20 minutes. 4) Roll out the dough into a thin layer, cut into identical 4x4 cm squares. 5) Put the minced meat on the dough square. 6) Sculpt triangular (dumpling).
