Cooking fried eggs in bread:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


First, we take out the eggs from the refrigerator, put them on the countertop and give the opportunity to warm to room temperature. Then we take rye or white bread, it is desirable that its structure be dense, non-crumbly. We put the flour product on a cutting board and cut into slices with a thickness of 1.5 - 2 centimeters.
Next, turn on the imagination and cut out a circle, a heart or any other figure in the middle of each piece of bread. For this purpose, you can use cookie cutters, a glass, as well as a regular kitchen knife. After that, lay out on the kitchen table the remaining products that will be needed to prepare the dish.

Step 2: prepare the eggs in the bread.


Now put the pan on a small fire and put a small piece of butter in it. When it melts, add vegetable oil there, mix the fats to a homogeneous consistency and wait for them to warm up.
Then we put the prepared bread slices in a pan and fry them on one side until golden brown, it will take about a minute. Then with the help of a kitchen spatula we shift them to the other side.

We break one chicken egg into each bread frame, trying to make the yolks remain intact, and sprinkle them to taste with salt and black ground pepper. After that, if the butter is quickly absorbed into the bread, pour it a little into the pan, cover it with a lid and cook the delicious eggs for another one or two minutes. After the necessary time, remove the lid and proceed as desired. If you want the egg to be fried on both sides, you can gently turn the bread over and brown the cooked dish from the other side for 30 - 40 seconds, and if you are satisfied with a velvety slightly liquid scrambled eggs in a loaf of bread, then immediately lay out the ready-made aromatic dishes on plates and serve to the table.

Step 3: serve the eggs in the bread.


Scrambled eggs served in bread immediately after cooking hot for breakfast or dinner. If desired, this dish can be supplemented with fried bacon, a salad of fresh vegetables, any meat, fish, poultry dishes, vegetable purees, as well as sauces based on sour cream, tomatoes or cream. Recipe Tips:

- instead of black pepper, you can use allspice or paprika;
