Ingredients for making a ginger and beetroot cocktail
- Fresh beets 1 piece (medium)
- Natural yogurt without additives 200 milliliters
- Ginger root 3-4 centimeters
- Main ingredients: Beets, Yogurt

Blender, strainer, serving glasses, jug or jar.
Preparation of cocktail "Ginger and Beets":
Step 1: grind in a blender.
Peel ginger and beets, rinse well, cut into small pieces and place in a blender bowl. Then mix everything, turning into a homogeneous gruel.
Step 2: decant the pulp.
Using a fine sieve or several times folded gauze, strain the beet-ginger juice from the pulp. Squeeze well so that as a result you have dry cake.
Let the resulting concentrated juice infuse for 2 hours. After which it can be drunk, of course diluted.
Step 3: serve the ginger and beetroot cocktail.
Add chilled natural yogurt to the juice, mix well and serve the ginger and beetroot cocktail. You need to drink it separately from everything, since the peculiar taste of the cocktail practically does not combine with anything, but it invigorates.
