Ingredients for making barbecue salad
- Peking cabbage 1 forks (larger size)
- Canned corn 400 grams
- Tomatoes 2-3 pieces (large)
- Sunflower seeds 1/2 cup

Cooking salad for barbecue:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Rinse the cabbage with cool water, shake off excess moisture, and then cut into thick strips. Then take the resulting bunches of chopped cabbage leaves and chop them into smaller pieces with a knife.
Tomatoes should be scalded with boiling water, then dipped sharply in ice water, so that after peeling them off the skin. Cut peeled tomatoes into pieces of any size.
Flip the corn on a sieve and rinse with running water.
Cut mozzarella into large cubes.
Step 2: prepare salad dressing.
Combine all the ingredients necessary for preparing a dressing in one plate and mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Step 3: mix the salad.
Now you just have to put all the prepared vegetables and cheese in one plate, sprinkle with peeled sunflower seeds, pour them on top of the dressing you just prepared and mix well. Check if there is enough salt and pepper, add if something is missing a little. Serve better right away!
Step 4: serve the salad to the barbecue.
You can prepare the salad in a large plate, or arrange it in portions and let each guest pour their portion on their own. But do not forget about the most important thing - about barbecue! With them, this salad is many times tastier.
