Cooking mice from eggs:

Step 1: Cook the eggs.

First you need to boil hard-boiled eggs. To do this, dip them in a pot of water, bring to a boil over high heat and then cook for 10-12 minutes.
Then the eggs need to be cooled, carefully peeled and cut each egg in half. Separate the squirrels from the yolks.

Step 2: prepare the filling.

In a deep plate, mix the chicken paste, finely chopped greens, chicken yolks, Dijon mustard, as well as salt and pepper. Knead all the ingredients with a fork, rubbing them and mixing to make a paste.

Step 3: stuff the eggs.

Now you need the resulting paste to carefully stuff the halves of the proteins. Seal the filling well, and put the egg halves filled with the paste on a plate with the flat side down.

Step 4: make from mouse eggs.

Now the most interesting and painstaking part remains - the decoration. You should be patient for this matter.
First cut the radish into thin circles or semicircles. Cut the onion so that you get short and long sticks. If you chose to decorate olives, then use the rod from the handle to cut circles out of them.
Now make small incisions where you insert the ears, as well as prepare punctures for the eyes, nose, tail and antennae. Insert the radish like ears, peas of black pepper or olive - these are the eyes and noses, and the green onion is the tail and antennae of your mice. Garnish all the halves of the eggs, then lay them nicely on a serving platter or on top of a salad and serve!

Step 5: feed the mice from the eggs.

Egg mice are especially popular with children, so you can cook them, for example, for breakfast, to increase your appetite. Also, this appetizer is able to decorate any festive table. By the way, it will be very good if you cook such mice for Easter.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- In principle, the filling of such "mice" can be any, for example, from grated cheese with garlic and mayonnaise, or from egg salad with tuna. The main thing in this dish is serving and decoration.
