Ingredients for Making Cheese Soup with Smoked Sausages
- Garlic 3 tooth.
- Onion 2 pcs.
- 1 carrot
- Potato 3 pcs.
- Water 1.2 L
- Salt to taste.
- Cream cheese 2 pcs.
- Smoked sausages 150 g
- Vegetable oil for frying.
- Greens to taste.

Making cheese soup with smoked sausages:
Chop the garlic.
Chop the onion into strips.
Chop the sausages.
Fry garlic in vegetable oil for several seconds in a roasting pan.
Immediately add onions and carrots, fry until transparent.
Add sausages, fry for a couple of minutes.
Add potatoes, stir fry for about 10 minutes.
Add salt to taste, add water and cook for about 15 minutes. Until the potatoes are ready.
Grate cream cheese on a coarse grater.
Add cheese to soup and mix until completely dissolved.
Turn off the heat and add chopped greens.
