Cooking pasta with mushrooms in a creamy sauce:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.


Start cooking with pasta. Do this according to the instructions on their label.

Step 2: Fry the mushrooms with onions.

In addition, chopped greens, peppers, fragrant Provence herbs and chopped garlic should go to the pan (if you want, you can do without garlic).
Reduce the heat, mix everything and continue to fry for about a couple of minutes so that all the flavors are mixed together.

Step 4: Add the cream.


After all the ingredients are mixed, pour the cream into the skillet. Adjust their quantity to your taste, depending on how much sauce you want to get.

Stir everything and continue to simmer over low heat until the sauce begins to thicken. Do not let your pasta dry or dry, because all the cream has evaporated! Carefully follow the cooking process, and when you understand that the pasta is ready, remove it from the heat and immediately serve it to the table.
Important: ideally, the creamy sauce should have more, so that it would be enough to pour each serving on top.

Step 5: Serve the pasta with mushrooms in a creamy sauce.


Before serving, paste with mushrooms in a creamy sauce should be sprinkled with grated cheese (preferably parmesan or something like that) and fresh herbs. Pour each serving with a couple of tablespoons of the cream sauce that you have left in the pan and enjoy your simple and tasty lunch.

Recipe Tips:

- Spiral-shaped pasta is best suited for making this paste, but feathers or regular horns will be good too. The main thing here is to pay attention not to the form, but to the composition, the pasta must be made from durum wheat, otherwise they can turn sour and become porridge, not pasta.

- In addition to pepper, garlic and dried herbs, it is better not to add other spices to the pasta, as it will turn out a lot more. Seasoning is cool and good, but you need to know the measure.
