Cheese Cake Ingredients

Cooking Cheese Pie:

Step 1: prepare the filling.


Adyghe and hard cheese grate. Pour everything into a deep plate, break two chicken eggs in the same place and mix well. The mass should not be too liquid.

Step 2: form the cheese cake.


Defrost puff pastry at room temperature. Take one layer and roll it out using a rolling pin. Place the thinly rolled dough in a greased form, forming high edges along the edges.
Place a filling of grated cheeses mixed with eggs on the dough. Flatten everything with a tablespoon.

Take the remaining puff pastry and roll it into a thin layer, and then cover it with a pie. With your fingers, bend the edges up and fasten tightly together. For beauty, excess dough at the edges of the mold is best trimmed.
You can also decorate the cake by making cuts on the test, or by laying a grid of thin test strips on top of the filling. Decorate your product the way you like it most. I preferred to make just a closed cake.

Step 3: bake the cheese pie.


Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. And while it reaches the desired temperature, grease the top of the cake with a beaten egg, due to this, during cooking, the dough will be covered with a crispy golden crust.
Send the cheese cake to a preheated oven and bake it until cooked, i.e. during 30 minutes.
Attention: you can cook cheese pie from puff yeast dough, but then after you form it and grease, let the product stand for about 25-30 minutes in a warm place, and only after that bake.
Take the finished cheese pie out of the oven, but do not rush to serve, in my opinion, the pastries are tastier if you let it cool on the table for several minutes.

Step 4: serve the cheese cake.


Cut the cheese pie into portions, arrange it on plates and serve separately for tea or coffee. It is possible for an afternoon snack, or it is possible as the end of dinner, after a hot soup, for example. Cheese cake is quite nutritious and nutritious, but it’s still very difficult to stop eating only one piece.

Recipe Tips:

- To taste in cheese pie, you can add finely chopped fresh herbs or fried onions in vegetable oil.

- To make the filling more salty, you can add a little cheese of feta cheese or feta, replacing it with part of the Adyghe.

- Also, soft mozzarella cheese is great for making this pie.
