Cooking spicy cauliflower:

Step 1: prepare the cabbage.

Peel the leaves of cauliflower, rinse it with running water and remove the thick stalk.

Break cabbage into large inflorescences directly with your hands, cutting some especially thick stems with a knife.

At the end, divide each inflorescence with a knife into small pieces to get very small inflorescences, as they say, into one bite. And without thick stems.

Step 2: prepare the garlic.

Peel the garlic cloves, rinse with cool water, dry and chop finely with a knife.

Step 3: prepare the onion.

Rinse green onions well with warm water, cut off the whitish part, and chop the remaining greens into thin and small rings.

Step 4: prepare the lime.

Rinse the lime and halve it. If there are bones on the slices, be sure to remove them with the tip of the knife.

Step 5: prepare the spicy cauliflower.

Heat a couple of teaspoons of vegetable oil in a pan.

Pour cauliflower and finely chopped garlic into the hot oil.

Periodically stirring and fry everything over high-medium heat until a golden crust is formed on all sides.

Reduce the heat to a minimum and pour soy sauce into the cabbage. By the way, precisely because we use soy sauce, you do not need to salt the dish.

Squeeze lime juice by holding a tablespoon of fruit seeds so that they do not fall into the pan.

Add half the green onion and mix well.
Cook cabbage for 1 minutes stirring all the time.

Pour the hot sauce last, mix the cabbage again properly and continue to simmer it over low heat for another 1-2 minutes. You can add more sauce to your taste if you want a brighter color and aroma.
Remove the prepared spicy cauliflower from the heat and immediately serve to the table, not letting it cool.

Step 6: serve the spicy cauliflower.

Arrange the spicy cauliflower on the serving plates, garnishing each with the remaining fresh green onions and a couple of thin slices of lime.

Cauliflower cooked according to this recipe is good both on its own and as a light addition to boiled rice or pasta. All these spices and aromas are really amazing for cabbage, be sure to try.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- You can also add dill, parsley or other herbs to the finished dish, if the onion does not suit you in something.
