Chocolate and coffee cake with sour cream


Ingredients for making chocolate and coffee cake with sour cream

For biscuit

  1. Dark chocolate (from 50% cocoa) 100 grams
  2. Cocoa Powder 50 grams
  3. Freshly brewed hot coffee 180 milliliters
  4. Flour 200 grams
  5. Sugar 150 grams
  6. Soda 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Vegetable oil 90 milliliters
  8. Eggs 2 pieces
  9. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

For cream

  1. Fat sour cream (very thick) 300 grams
  2. Sugar 100 grams

Inventory:

Making chocolate coffee cake with sour cream:

Step 1: Knead the dough.

Finely chop the chocolate with a knife. Put in a bowl, add cocoa powder. Pour hot coffee and mix with a whisk until the chocolate dissolves.
Put eggs and sugar in a mixer bowl, add vegetable oil and vanilla essence. Mix at medium speed until smooth.
Add the chocolate mixture and mix again until smooth. Add flour sifted with soda and knead a homogeneous dough.

Step 2: Bake a chocolate-coffee biscuit.

We spread the dough in a greased form and send it to the preheated until 180 degrees the oven. Bake until dry match, about 30-40 minutes.

Step 3: Cook the sour cream.
