Chicken kebab

Ingredients for Cooking Chicken Kebab

  1. Chicken fillet 2 pcs.
  2. Bulgarian pepper 1 pc.
  3. Tomato 1 pc.
  4. Onions 2-3 pcs.
  5. Seasoning for chicken 1 tsp.
  6. Seasonings for chicken Iberika 2 tbsp. l
  7. Salt ½ tsp
  8. Apple cider vinegar 50 ml
  9. Water 100 ml

Cooking chicken skewers:

Cut the onion coarsely. Put lightly in a bowl and add water, add vinegar and mix. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

Cut the chicken into small cubes, put in a bowl. Add seasoning, salt to taste, olive oil and mix. Leave on for 15 minutes, let the chicken absorb the aroma of spices.

Cut pepper and tomato into a large cube.
