Lean Cooking Ingredients

Glass (capacity 250 milliliters), colander, teaspoon, tablespoon, kitchen knife, cutting board, baking or parchment paper, stationary blender, deep bowl - 2 pieces, a sieve with a fine mesh, oven, non-stick or heat-resistant baking dish, baking a brush, a wooden skewer, kitchen potholders, a large flat dish or tray, a dessert serving plate.
Cooking lean cuts:
Step 1: make strong tea.
First of all, we heat about 250 milliliters of purified water in a teapot. After some time, we put dried tea in a glass, pour boiling water over it, mix it and forget about it until needed, during which time it will brew and just cool to room temperature or warm state.
Step 2: prepare dried fruits and nuts.
We don’t lose a minute, we cover the countertop with a sheet of baking or parchment paper, put our favorite dried fruits on it and sort them out, removing the spoiled fruits. Then we discard the dried yummy in a colander and rinse. It is better to do this carefully, slightly erasing the top layer of drying with your fingers, because very often this ingredient is treated with different chemicals to keep it longer. Leave the dried fruit in the sink before use.
We distribute walnuts on the same paper, peel the kernels of the remnants of the husks, at the same time removing shell fragments, of course, if any.
Then we grind the kernels in any way, together with the dried fruits that have managed to dry to a mushy state, this can be done using a stationary blender, food processor, electric or simple meat grinder, all methods are good.
Step 3: prepare the flour and other ingredients.
Then we sift into a deep dry bowl through a sieve with a small sect the right amount of wheat flour, better than the highest grade. This step is not avoided, due to it, this ingredient becomes more friable, saturated with oxygen, dried and gets rid of any kind of litter. Also from such flour more magnificent flour products turn out.
After that, turn on the oven to preheat in 180 degrees celsius, with the help of a baking brush, grease the bottom, as well as the inner walls of a non-stick or heat-resistant baking dish, put the remaining ingredients on the countertop, which will be needed for making the dessert, and move on.
Step 4: prepare the dough.
We send in a clean deep bowl vegetable refined oil, ground nuts with dried fruits, chilled tea, baking soda, 9% vinegar extinguished with table, salt, cinnamon, and also two types of sugar: ordinary sand and vanilla. Thoroughly loosen these products with a tablespoon to a uniform consistency and begin to pour the sifted wheat flour to them. We act gradually, tossing it in small portions and at the same time kneading a viscous, thick dough.
When it is ready, transfer the semi-finished flour to the mold and move on.
Step 5: bake a lean cut.
We check the oven and, if it has flared up to the desired temperature, we put there still raw mace. Bake it for 50-60 minutes, after which we check the readiness of an appetizing product with a wooden skewer or a match. Just insert the end of the stick into the fragrant-smelling cake and get it. If there are wet lumps of dough left on the tree, leave the treat in the oven until baked.
Is the gingerbread ready? Then everything is simple, we pull the kitchen gloves in our hands, move the hot mold to the cutting board previously laid on the countertop, and, without taking it out, give it the opportunity to cool to room temperature, and after that we can start tasting!
Step 6: serve lean meat.
Lean carving is a pleasant treat for children and adults. After preparation, the dessert is cooled, a flat dish is transferred onto a tray or more with a kitchen spatula, decorated with icing sugar if desired, divided into portions with a kitchen knife, distributed on plates and put on the table as a dessert.
Jam, honey or jam can refresh such baked goods, but it is pleasant to savor it with fresh, only brewed hot or cold drinks, for example, tea, coffee, compote, jelly or whatever you like. Cook with love, and Fasting will be a joy!
