Cooking pasta a la Bolognese:
Step 1: Prepare vegetables and bacon.
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. You can pass it through a meat grinder, then the consistency of the sauce will be more uniform.
Peel and rub the garlic on a fine grater or use the garlic, put on a plate to the onion.
Bacon for cooking sauce is not always used, most often in recipes you will find only minced meat. But with bacon it tastes better.
Step 2: Prepare the sauce.
We put the pan with a thick bottom on medium heat, pour olive oil and warm it up a little. We put the prepared onions, garlic and bacon, mix. Fry for about 10 minutes.
Add minced meat, mix, salt a little, then add more when you can try. Cover and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add tomato paste, spices, a glass of hot water, mix again and try on the salt. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat, stir occasionally. At this time, you can cook spaghetti.
Ready sauce leave a little cool and insist.
Step 3: Cooking Spaghetti.
We put a pot of water on medium heat and heat to a boil, salt. Put the spaghetti in the water. When the lower part softens in the water, carefully lower them into the whole water. If you don't like very long spaghetti, break them in half and then dip them in water. Stir and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. Be sure to look at the time indicated by the manufacturer on the package, it may vary. Then turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid and let the spaghetti brew for about 5 minutes.
Drain the spaghetti into a colander and let it sit for a few minutes so that the water is completely glass. Rinse spaghetti or not rinse? At your discretion. If you are used to washing, then do it with clean water, chlorinated tap water will not improve the taste of the paste. Transfer the spaghetti back to the pan, add the butter and mix.
Step 4: Serve the pasta a la Bolognese.
Arrange the spaghetti in plates, lay the sauce on top, sprinkle with grated cheese and garnish with basil or parsley leaves.
Enjoy your meal!
