Canned Pineapple Salad Ingredients

Making a salad with canned pineapple:
Step 1: Prepare the Coconut.
Choose coconut without cracks, otherwise it may turn out that all the milk has already leaked out and the flesh has dried. After choosing a coconut fruit, find three dark spots on it. Mark for yourself one of them that is closer to the top and make a puncture in it.
Drain coke milk into a separate bowl and refrigerate, but keep in mind that it is perishable, so you should use it as a food in the near future.
Wrap the coconut itself in something, for example, in a kitchen towel. Place the bundle on a cutting board and tap on it with a hammer until the shell cracks.
After that, it remains only to open the fruit and separate the edible coke flesh from the hard shell. You can do this with your hands, slightly helping yourself with the tip of a knife.
Step 2: Cooking Coconut Flakes.
But for our dish we need not just coconut pulp, but coke flakes. Making them at home is quite simple. It is enough to place the pulp in a blender and grind lightly or just chop it with a grater. This is how coconut flakes, or chips, are obtained if you want to chop the flesh of the coconut even more.
For this salad, I suggest also frying a little coconut flakes, but doing this is not necessary, if desired. Place the crushed pulp of coke in a pan and put everything on medium heat. Stir all the time, cook until the flakes have a brownish-golden hue and begin to exude a strong odor. It should not take more 5 minutes.
Step 3: Prepare the pineapple.
With canned pineapple, everything is simpler, it has already been prepared for us. It remains only to open a tin can, get the pulp of fruit from there and, brushing off the syrup, cut it with an ordinary kitchen knife.
Step 4: Prepare a salad with canned pineapple.
We will immediately prepare the salad in separate portioned bowls. First lay Greek yogurt at their bottom, dividing it into three equal parts. Top with chopped pineapple pulp. You do not need to mix anything. In the end, it remains only to sprinkle liberally with all the fried coconut flakes and that's it! Your wonderful dessert is ready, immediately proceed to serve it on the table.
Step 5: Serve the canned pineapple salad.
Serve the canned pineapple salad as soon as you cook. Of course, you can hold it a little in the refrigerator, if the need arose.
