Cream Chicken Fillet Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 500 grams
- Onion 1 piece (large)
- Fat cream 200-300 milliliters

Cooking chicken in cream:
Step 1: Prepare the filet.
Defrost the chicken, leaving it for several hours at room temperature. Rinse the meat under running cold water and wipe it well with disposable towels to remove excess moisture. Cut the chicken into small cubes, literally one and a half centimeters wide. Put the pieces of meat in a deep plate. Sprinkle them with rosemary and black pepper, and salt to taste. Shuffle everything, distributing spices.
Step 2: Prepare the onion.
Cut the onion immediately into halves, and then peel off the husk, it will turn out easier and faster. Now chop the peeled vegetable into small or medium cubes, depending on how you prefer.
Step 3: Cook the cream of chicken.
Heat the pan and the oil in it. As soon as everything warms up, pour pieces of chicken fillet there, immediately evenly distributing them along the bottom. Wait 3-5 minutes, until the meat is covered on one side with a golden crust, and only then turn it over and fry from the second side, also for 3-5 minutes.
Add the onion to the meat, fried to a delicious crust, and reduce the power. Stir, cover and cook more 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
And finally, the cream came up. Pour them into a frying pan with a thin stream, stirring all the time. Re-cover the meat with the onion and continue cooking. 20-30 minutes. Across 20 minutes try a small piece of meat, if it turns out to be juicy and soft, then everything is ready, if not, then you need to continue to stew the chicken fillet in cream.
Step 4: Serve the chicken in cream.
Cream of chicken should be served immediately after cooking. As a side dish, it is best to give preference to rice, spaghetti or other pasta. Instead of the sauce, use the creamy gravy that has accumulated in the pan. If desired, at the end you can once again pepper the dish a little, as well as sprinkle it with grated Parmesan or other hard cheese. That's all done!
