Cooking a pie with pumpkin and cottage cheese:

Step 1: prepare the dough.


First of all, about 40-60 minutes before the start of the dessert, we take out 50 grams of butter from the refrigerator and allow it to soften. Then we divide this product into small cubes with a kitchen knife, transfer them to a deep bowl, pour 75 grams of granulated sugar there, a pinch of salt and rub them with a table fork to a state of thick gruel.

Now add one chicken egg to the chopped pumpkin, wipe 300 grams of medium-fat cottage cheese through a fine sieve there, sift a couple of tablespoons of wheat flour, pour a pinch of salt, and two types of sugar: a teaspoon of vanilla and 100-150 grams of ordinary sand. Beat these products until they are fluffy homogeneous using the same submersible blender or mixer. This process will take about 5-7 minutes, although everything is relatively and completely dependent on the power of your kitchen appliance. As soon as the mixture accepts the desired viscous, one might say glossy structure, we move on.

Step 6: we form a pie with pumpkin and cottage cheese.


Turn on and preheat the ovena 180 degrees Celsius. Then sprinkle a small amount of sifted wheat flour on the kitchen table, a tablespoon is enough. We spread the dough that has been placed in the refrigerator on it, gently squeeze it with a clean palm to make a round cake, and use a rolling pin to roll it into a layer up to 1 centimeter thick.
