Grape and chicken salad


Ingredients for making salad with grapes and chicken.

For salad

Making salad with grapes and chicken:

Step 1: Prepare the pasta.


Boil water in a saucepan, add a little salt and pepper. As soon as the water boils, put the pasta of your choice into it and cook them. When determining the cooking time, it is best to follow the instructions on the packaging, but if there are none, then cook the horns for 7-10 minutes. If, after cooking, you still doubt whether your pasta is cooked or not, then check it for taste.
After cooking, drain the water in which the horns were prepared and, pouring them into a colander, pour cold water over it. Now you should wait a while for the glass to have excess fluid.

Step 2: Prepare the chicken.

While the pasta is cooking, cook the chicken. For this, chicken meat also needs to be boiled. This is done during 20-25 minutes. After that, catch the finished chicken fillet from the broth using a special fork or slotted spoon and cool. Cut the chicken into medium pieces.

Step 3: Prepare the onion.


A bunch of green onions should be washed under a stream of warm water, shake off excess moisture and cut into small tubes.

Step 4: Prepare the grapes.


Rinse the grapes in the same way as onions, peeling them from excess branches. Then, with a knife, cut the berries into halves or quarters, depending on your preference and size of the grapes.

Step 5: Preparing the dressing.


Place all of the ingredients indicated in the mixer bowl and mix with a mixer until smooth. You can taste the proportions of various ingredients to prepare this dressing.

Step 6: Mix the salad with grapes and chicken.


Put all the prepared ingredients for your salad in a suitable dish, add dressing and mix with a tablespoon. Now put the cashew nuts on top and mix again. Be sure to try to see if salt and other spices are enough, making sure that everything is enough, start serving.
