How to make a light yogurt sauce

Preparing this wonderful yogurt sauce is extremely simple. In fact, as I mentioned briefly in the previous lines, it becomes an ideal option for those who follow a diet in order to lose weight or for those who simply do not want to add more fat to their diet.

And, although it is made with extra virgin olive oil (healthy fats and recommended to follow a varied and healthy diet, as you know for sure), I opted on this occasion for low-fat natural yogurt.

  • A natural skim yogurt
  • The juice of a small lemon.

Method of preparation:
