Ingredients for Making Walnut Cookies

  1. Butter 150 g
  2. Icing sugar 70 g
  3. Egg 1 pc.
  4. Vanilla Sugar 2 g.
  5. Almonds, cashews, peanuts 100 g.
  6. Flour 230 g.
  7. Salt 1 pinch.

Cooking Walnut Cookies:

Mix half the norm of flour with crushed nuts, icing sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt.

Add softened butter and mix.

Add the egg and mix well.

Pour the rest of the flour and knead a smooth, uniform dough. You can knead properly on the table.

Put a lump of dough in a bowl and cover with cling film, refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Put the dough in the middle of the parchment, cover with a second sheet of parchment. Roll out a thin layer 0.3 - 0.5 cm thick.

Squeeze out cookies with cookie cutters, remove pieces of dough and roll them into a ball. From the remaining dough we make cookies according to the same principle.

Parchment with cookies we pull on a baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, until golden brown.

Put the finished cookies on a dish, let cool and serve with tea or a cup of coffee.
