Ingredients for Making Fish Cheese Pie
- Fish 1.3 kg
- Salt to taste.

- Tomato 2-3 pcs.

- Vegetable oil 80 ml.
- Wheat flour 350-400 g.
- Kefir 200 ml.
- Margarine 125 g.
- Soda 1 pinch.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Edam cheese 100 g

Cooking fish pie with cheese:
Clean fish from scales and entrails. Salt, pepper to taste. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, put the fish and oil the fish.
Bake fish in a preheated oven to 180 degrees 40 minutes.
In a bowl, mix 200 g of flour, soda, salt, add softened margarine, grind with flour.
Pour in kefir, stir, add flour and knead smooth dough, knead the dough well on the table, soft so as not to stick to your hands. Add flour carefully so that the dough does not turn out solid.
Transfer the dough into a bowl, cover with cling film and let stand in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Cool baked fish until warm.
Remove the skin, disassemble into pieces, remove the bones.
Dice the onion and fry in vegetable oil, pour it into the fish. Dice the tomatoes and send to the fish. Chop parsley with a knife and send to the filling. Mix.
Put the dough into the mold and, pressing it with your hands, level it into a thin layer, make the sides. We put the mold in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, bake until rosy, about 40 minutes.
Put the filling in the baked base.
Put grated cheese on top. Bake the pie for 10 minutes.
Cool the finished cake a bit, cut into portions and serve.
